Delete your account
In the app
- Open PaisaPeti and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete my account twice.
- Google asks you to confirm it is you. Choose the account you signed in with.
It needs the internet and takes a few seconds.
What is deleted
- Every space you own, with all its entries, emergency fund, investments, bills, money lent and borrowed, categories and settings. If you shared one, the people in it lose it too.
- Your place, name and email in spaces you joined. What is in those spaces stays with their owners.
- The invites you sent and those sent to you, your profile (with the name, age and city you gave), and your sign-in account.
Nothing else is kept afterwards, except backups that Google overwrites within a short time. The usage and crash reports already sent, which hold no amounts, notes or names, are deleted by Google on its own schedule: crash reports after 90 days, usage reports after two months.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write from the Google account you used to support@paisapeti.com with the subject "Delete my PaisaPeti account". We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
